Anderson's Bride

Message: I had gone to two boutique to find my dress and i ended up finding my perfect dress at Andersons. I was so pleased with how comfortable it felt being there trying on dresses. Best bridal store in the state! Jeweline and Erika were so helpful and nice. They let me look through the inventory and when they saw what I was looking for and describing, they were searching for more that I may like while i was trying on others. They had my best interest which helped me trust them and they wanted me to have a fun and not worry about time. I also just want to add that the carpet in the dressing suites were sooooo comfortable.

Message: This was my third stop looking for my dress and I'm so grateful it was the last! Jewel was a delight. She made the whole experience just fun, which is what I really wanted and needed. She had dresses pulled before we arrived so she could figure out what kind of "non-traditional" dress I was drawn to. She was super responsive to what I liked and was excited about and she encouraged my friends to pull dresses for me and make suggestions and be involved. There were just so many beautiful dresses that she pulled in my size so that the option of not having to alter (much or at all) was always on the table as my wedding is sooner. She was almost as excited as my crew when I said "yes! ". I'm so grateful that I got that wonderful experience and moment with my people!

Message: They were wonderful! From the beginning with a welcome sign that had my name in it, and spelled right might I add to personalize my visit then to finding my beautiful wedding dress. Kirsten was great to work with! Thank you for making that moment so special and I can’t wait for the dress to come in May! You won’t be disappointed!

Message: Hi ladies out there looking to find a bridal shop. Please please please make an appointment at Anderson’s Bride. I had been dreading coming wedding dress shopping due to body image issues and just all around nerves. The moment I walked into Anderson’s I felt calm, welcomed, and magical. Erika right away made me feel special and took time to learn each of my party members names, and used them throughout our longer than the planned hour session. As the moment came for me to try on dresses she constantly reminded me, “This is not meant to fit and that’s okay! ” And then she took me to the mirror and showed me how it would look in the right size. I got to try on so many different styles and kinds that when I put my dress on for the second time, I knew 100 percent in my heart this was it. She made sure the whole time I was aware of prices and she offered so many different additions to the dress and let me try on so many different kinds of veils that by the end of my time there I literally could not peel my eyes off of myself. I did try David’s Bridal as well and that experience was NOTHING compared to how I was treated by Erika at Anderson’s. I have been dreaming about my dress, looking over the pictures, and talking about my time nonstop since I left the shop. So please ladies make the appointment here you will not regret it!

Message: Although I did not buy my dress from Anderson's, Erika was absolutely wonderful to work with! I felt like she was very attentive even when there were a few things that popped up that she had to take care of. She listened to what I liked and didn't like about each dress I tried on so she could get a better feel for what I was looking for. The shop was clean and set up very nicely. I am a plus size bride and they had a variety of sizing for samples which made me feel loved and included. I highly suggest coming here if you are anywhere in Alaska!

Erika was a dream to work with, she knew what I would like just seeing my reaction to the first few dresses I tried on and recommended one that I wouldn’t have chosen for myself seeing it on the rack or a model but it ended up being the one at an awesome price! Message: I found my dress at Anderson’s this Saturday, and it was a lovely experience! It was our second stop (David’s Bridal being the first) and I wish we would’ve just started at Anderson’s! They were so helpful, and patient with me (I might be a little indecisive). If you’re looking for a special bridal experience, I recommend Anderson’s! Their show rooms make it feel like you’ve got the whole place to yourself & the dresses are gorgeous! I never felt rushed, or like an inconvenience!
